A Date With YourSelf
We encourage you to celebrate your period every month by getting your own special time, and to always remember the importance on putting yourself first when needed.
Here you will find some advices how to do it, as we know its a new concept for our gender to remember that we also deserve love and care from ourselves, not only those who we love.

I know you might be feeling tired, crampy, or just a little emotionally drained right now, and I want you to know that it is completely okay to feel that way.
For so long, society has made women feel like we have to just pop a painkiller, put on a brave face, and push through our periods like nothing is happening. We've been taught to treat our bleeding days as an annoying roadblock, expecting ourselves to work just as hard and be just as social as we are the rest of the month.
But science—and your own body—is saying the exact opposite.
Instead of fighting your natural rhythm, this time of the month is actually your body’s built-in invitation to slow down, rest, and show yourself some deep, restorative love. Think of it as the perfect excuse to take yourself on a cozy, comforting "solo date."
You don't need to be productive right now. Instead, you get to focus purely on making yourself feel good:
-
Nourish your body: Eat the warm, comforting foods you are genuinely craving right now.
-
Get cozy with water: Take a long, hot bath or snuggle up with a warm heating pad on your tummy.
-
Indulge your senses: Light your favorite candle, put on some soft music, and wear your absolute comfiest clothes.
-
Give your mind a break: Let yourself just rest, breathe, and exist without any pressure to "do" anything.
Your period doesn't have to be something you just suffer through and endure. It can be a guilt-free retreat where you put yourself first, listen to your body, and gently recharge. You absolutely deserve to be babied right now—especially by yourself.
